a bit loud, not hard to install on the ground : Flowmaster 817478 Cat-back System 409S - Dual Rear/Side Exit - Force II - Moderate Sound

Just added the exhaust to my 2011 f150 5.7l; moderate sound is a huge exaggeration; this is 1-2DB louder then stock.

At idle it is barely noticeable.

Light acceleration; again barely noticeable; with windows up you will not hear.

WOT is the only time you will actually hear the exhaust.

Now to the worse part; at about 60+MPH you get the annoying highway drone.

Worse of both worlds; quiet exhaust with highway drone; utterly disappointed. Should of stuck with roush or borla.

Its not a bad system, I put it in my 06 daytona and it only took about 20 min to install and it sounds pretty good, they jacked the price up about 150$ since i bought it so look around first.
